EY is seeking a Cyber AI Engineer (Manager level) to lead delivery of AI-enabled cybersecurity solutions. You will work hands-on with frontier AI models, build and deploy AI workflows, and mentor teams across client engagements.

You will guide architecture, testing, and deployment, balancing security, reliability, and performance, while partnering with clients and frontier model providers. Travel 25–50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, CS, IS, Engineering or related field with 5+ years of experience; or graduate degree with 4+ years. Hands-on software engineering and AI/ML deployment exp.
• Proficiency in Python, APIs, Git, automated testing, and production delivery; experience deploying frontier AI models for cybersecurity.
• Experience leading client-facing delivery or cross-functional engineering from requirements through deployment.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD, containers, and infrastructure-as-code for AI services.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and secure AI deployment.
• Understanding of prompt injection, data leakage, unsafe tool use, and OWASP Top 10 for LLMs.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% based on client and business needs.

Responsabilités

• Own technical delivery, workstreams, timelines, and budgets while mentoring junior consultants.
• Hands-on involvement in architecture, pair programming, code reviews, and integration troubleshooting.
• Deploy AI workflows for threat investigation, detection engineering, vulnerability analysis, and remediation support.
• Collaborate with frontier model providers and researchers to translate findings into engineering requirements.
• Support proposals, demonstrations, thought leadership, and account growth.
