EY is seeking a Cyber AI Engineer Manager to drive delivery of frontier AI solutions in cybersecurity. You will deploy AI workflows for threat investigation, detection, and remediation, while mentoring engineers and coordinating with clients.

You’ll stay hands-on through architecture, code reviews, and integration troubleshooting, partnering with model providers to translate findings into scalable engineering requirements. Travel 25–50% may be required.

Qualifikationen

• A bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, CS, Information Systems, Engineering or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience; or a graduate degree with 4+ years.
• Hands-on software engineering experience and 1–2 years building or deploying AI/ML solutions.
• Proficiency in Python, APIs, Git, automated testing, and production delivery.

• Own technical delivery, workstreams, timelines, and budgets while mentoring Senior Consultants and Consultants.
• Serve as forward-deployed engineer to deploy AI workflows for threat investigation, detection, vulnerability analysis, and remediation support.
• Collaborate with frontier model providers and researchers to translate deployment findings into engineering requirements.
• Lead client-facing delivery, proposals, demonstrations, and account growth.
