Job summary

EY is seeking a Cyber AI Engineer (Manager level) to drive delivery of AI-powered cybersecurity solutions. You’ll blend hands-on engineering with leadership to deploy AI workflows from prototype to production, coordinating with client security teams and frontier model providers.

You will mentor consultants, manage timelines and budgets, and contribute to proposals, demonstrations, and account growth while delivering secure, scalable AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field and 5+ years of experience; or a graduate degree with 4+ years. Hands-on software engineering and 1–2 years building or deploying AI/ML solutions.
• Proficiency in Python, APIs, Git, automated testing, and production delivery; experience in deploying frontier AI models or LLM apps for cybersecurity.
• Experience building agents, model tool integrations, retrieval pipelines, and evaluation harnesses.
• Knowledge of security operations, threat investigation, detection engineering, or incident response automation.
• DevSecOps, CI/CD, containers, and infrastructure‑as‑code for AI services; cloud deployment on AWS/Azure/GCP.

Responsibilities

• Own technical delivery, workstreams, timelines, and budgets while mentoring teams.
• Deploy AI workflows for threat investigation, detection engineering, vulnerability analysis, and remediation support.
• Partner with frontier model providers and researchers to translate findings into engineering requirements.
• Develop reusable components, evaluation suites, and delivery playbooks.
