Job summary

EY is seeking a Cyber AI Engineer Manager to lead hands-on engineering and delivery of AI security solutions. You will deploy AI workflows, build evaluation datasets, and mentor Senior Consultants and Consultants while staying hands-on through architecture and reviews.

You will collaborate with frontier model providers, translate deployment findings into engineering requirements, and support proposals, demonstrations, and account growth. Travel 25-50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field and 5+ years of relevant experience; or a graduate degree and 4+ years.
• Experience hands-on software engineering and at least 1–2 years building or deploying AI/ML solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deploy AI workflows for threat investigation, detection engineering, vulnerability analysis, and remediation support.
• Own technical delivery, workstreams, timelines, and budgets while mentoring teams.
• Partner with frontier model providers and researchers to evaluate cyber capabilities and translate findings into engineering requirements.
