Job summary

Qualifications

GPA of 3.0 or higher is required.
Enrolled in BA/BS in Business Analytics, Logistics or related degree program.
Junior year completed before internship start date; graduation on or before May 2028.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Google Suite and SQL is required.
Strong analytical, communication and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze customer interactions and KPI data to improve service forecasting and planning.
Collaborate with Success Operations and Call Center to support key initiatives.
Develop CXEC communications to educate teams on product benefits and customer experience.
Support cross-functional projects with Commercial, Supply Chain and Logistics teams.
