Job summary

BMW Shared Services, LLC in Woodcliff Lake, NJ is seeking a Customer Experience Design Intern to bridge business, strategy and design. You will transform complex concepts into engaging visuals, create graphics, presentations and journey maps, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve customer and dealer experiences.

This full-time Spring Internship runs January 11, 2027 through May 14, 2027.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major).
• Have completed at least 60 college credits or be at least a rising Junior.
• Field of study: Business, Finance.
• Must attach a copy of college unofficial transcript.
• Ability to work part-time (36.25 hours/week).
• Detail oriented and strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand objectives, gather requirements, and turn feedback into effective design deliverables.
• Translate business concepts, strategies, and complex information into clear, engaging visual stories for internal and external audiences.
• Create graphics, presentations, infographics, diagrams, and other visual assets that align with brand standards using corporate identity.
• Support the development and visualization of customer and dealer journeys, including journey maps, process flows, and experience concepts.
• Design and maintain reusable templates for presentations, workshops, communications, and project deliverables.
• Organize design files and assets, incorporate revisions, and help ensure consistent visual quality across deliverables.
