Job summary

BMW Manufacturing Co., LLC IT Communications and Graphics Design Intern is an on-site spring 2027 role based in Greenville. The intern supports alignment between IT and business functions, develops Confluence/Jira pages, and assists with project planning and agile transformation initiatives.

Strong communication and IT coursework are preferred; must attach unofficial transcript and complete a substance abuse test. Applicants should be enrolled in an accredited U.S.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in IT, engineering, business, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, Confluence, and PowerBI.
• GPA minimum 3.0; enrolled as a student in the United States.
• Availability for full-time on-site work (40 hours/week).
• Must attach unofficial transcript.
• Completion and passing substance abuse test.

Responsibilities

• Support alignment between business functions and IT on requests and projects.
• Develop and support IT apps with a focus on graphic design for Confluence and Jira pages.
• Assist in project planning and coordination.
• Identify and implement internal process improvements (agile/lean).
• Create presentations and communications per Corporate Identity standards.
