This role will play a critical part in ensuring that the i4cp member portal and other digital touchpoints deliver intuitive, engaging, and value-driven interactions, and support and expedite the broader customer experience.

As i4cp’s first CX/UX Designer, you will lead the design function for our member portal, setting processes, defining design standards, and influencing strategy across the organization. You will collaborate across teams to understand member needs, translate insights into actionable design solutions, and continuously improve the usability and accessibility of our portal. Working closely with product, engineering, marketing, and member success teams, you will deliver impactful design solutions that drive engagement and value for our members.

This role reports directly to the VP of Digital Member Experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and optimization of the i4cp member portal and related digital experiences.
  • Own the design function across the i4cp member portal experience including defining design standards, processes, and best practices.
  • Partner with product, research, and member success teams to understand member needs and translate them into intuitive design solutions.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and journey mapping to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to communicate concepts and test ideas, and iterate toward optimal user experiences.
  • Ensure design consistency with brand guidelines while championing accessibility and inclusivity.
  • Monitor, measure, and analyze member engagement metrics to inform design enhancements.
  • Stay current on CX/UX trends and best practices, applying them to elevate the i4cp member experience.
  • Work closely with the web development team to translate designs into workable requirements and help conduct QA as part of the development process.
  • Advocate for members across the organization and influence product and digital strategy through design insights.
Qualifications

  • 4 + years of professional experience in CX/UX design, preferably in a membership, SaaS, or digital services environment.
  • 3+ years of experience designing B2B digital experiences.
  • Proven ability to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable design solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A portfolio demonstrating successful UX/CX projects and design thinking process. Please include a link to your portfolio in your résumé.

You’ll have the opportunity to shape the digital experience for HR leaders at the world's most respected organizations, turning insights into intuitive, engaging experiences.
