Job summary

BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina is seeking a Customer Experience Strategist to lead data-driven CX initiatives and champion the voice of our members. You will consult with management, design and implement customer-facing solutions, and drive human-centered improvements across the organization.

Location: Columbia, SC. This is a full-time role requiring residency in SC, NC, or GA. Sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 5 years of research/analysis, health plan operations, or customer experience work.
Experience turning customer feedback into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement customer insight methodologies to guide strategy.
Consult across lines of business to promote a consistent member experience.
Lead projects, manage timelines, and coordinate with vendors and teams.
Recruit and manage member panels for surveys and usability studies.
Map processes, identify gaps, and measure impact of changes.
Partner with Corporate Communications for ongoing employee engagement campaigns.
Develop CX programs aligning with business objectives.
