Job summary

Fortis Solutions Group is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to serve as the primary liaison for assigned customers, guiding orders from inception through payment. You will collaborate with sales and internal operations to meet customer requirements and maintain accurate ERP records.

Qualifications

High School diploma required; Associate degree in business, sales, marketing or similar preferred.
Minimum of 3 years progressive experience in a direct Customer Service role, preferably in printing or packaging.
Experience managing or supporting customer accounts.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer base from order inception to payment.
Act as liaison between customer, sales, and internal operations to meet requirements.
Generate quote requests and communicate with customers and sales about quotes and product specs.
Initiate prepress requests and verify accuracy prior to submission.
Create and maintain item records in the ERP system to capture specifications.
Process customer orders in ERP accurately and timely.
Maintain and analyze finished goods inventory for assigned customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and communicate status with production and shipping.
Address inquiries promptly and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
