As a CX Services Pre-Sales Architect, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by partnering with the Go To Market (GTM) organization to work with customers and prospects to understand their requirements, develop solution scope, associated pre-sales assets and act as a facilitator within the broader selling motion. Leveraging your expertise and industry best practices, you will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them envision and plan for successful implementations of our products and services. You will provide a consultative approach to drive implementation and post go-live strategies across the entire CSG CX portfolio.

We are looking for a CX Services Pre-Sales Architect who will:

Services Pre-Sales Guidance & Scoping

  • Partner with Sales Directors and Solution Engineers to position and sell professional services as part of the overall CX sales motion.
  • Utilize expertise, best practices and implementation plans to properly define services scope through business and technical requirements. Lead discovery sessions to understand requirements, implementation readiness and desired outcomes.
  • Translate customer needs into a clear, structured and achievable services approach, including timelines, resource needs and cost estimates.
  • Own the creation of customer estimates, high-level proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs) that align with both customer needs and delivery capabilities.
  • Provide accurate and timely updates to our CRM systems of record. Maintain visibility into services pipeline to relevant leaders across the Customer Success organization.
  • Maintain best practices and knowledge around CX products and new product launches.

GTM Support

  • Partner with and advise colleagues in the GTM organization educating and positioning the value of CX Services and associated offerings.
  • Collaborate with CX leadership to evolve solution best practices to adapt to product innovations
  • Proactively maintain CX Services pre-sales assets including CRM intake, high-level estimates, proposals and SOWs with accurate and timely information for products and services.

Enablement, Collaboration and Facilitation

  • Work with internal teams including Build, Customer Success and Delivery to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation
  • Assess customer and market needs and maintain services catalog of available services across Advisory, Delivery and Customer Success.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field or equivalent education/experience.
  • Proficiency in English in a business environment.
  • 8+ years defining, selling, positioning, and scoping professional services for enterprise SaaS organizations.
  • 8+ years of experience in consulting, CX, project/program management and/or account management
  • Experience in constructing a Go-To-Market strategy for Professional Services including definition, pricing and packaging of various professional services across the value chain.
  • Experience creating Statements of Work (SOW) and working with legal and procurement functions is a plus.
  • Strong acumen of complex customer technology requirements and ability to translate them into existing platform architecture.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and best practices in solution delivery.
  • Experience facilitating business and technical requirements discovery meetings with customer stakeholders in order to create and negotiate contracts and associated legal documentation.
  • Understanding of an enterprise sales motion (sales stages etc.)
  • Has worked with CRM platforms including Salesforce.com and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Possess strong leadership and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze workflow, evaluate systems, and formulate plans
  • Proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with prospects and customers in support of sales activities.

Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.

$104,583.88-$167,334.85

This role is eligible for a bonus opportunity.
