Job summary

Spring Health is hiring to design, build, and operate the systems powering our customer experience and support operations at scale. The role collaborates across Zendesk, Zendesk Contact Center, Amazon Connect, Tray.ai, Talkdesk, Decagon, and approved AI integrations to ensure reliable, scalable workflows.

You will configure and maintain Zendesk architecture, routing, automations, and integrations; build cross-system contact-center workflows; and deliver production changes with testing,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with customer experience and workflow automation platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Zendesk and an enterprise contact-center platform like Amazon Connect.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and production troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate the systems powering Spring Health's customer experience and support operations at scale.

• Build and operate contact-center infrastructure and cross-system workflows.
