Reporting to the VP and VIP team lead, you’ll develop client engagement plans, coordinate with account executives and success teams, and contribute to new bookings while collaborating with research and data teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in senior CX and/or digital leadership roles at C-suite level.
• Experience guiding customer-centric strategies across industries.
• Proven ability to influence and partner with executives and teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic advisor to VIP client leaders, coaching and providing feedback.
• Engage clients to understand initiatives and realize defined outcomes.
• Develop client engagement plans enabling ongoing value delivery.
• Collaborate with account executives and customer success for seamless management.
• Contribute to revenue growth through new bookings and renewals.
• Coordinate with research, consulting, and data teams to align resources.
