Job summary

Justworks is seeking a CS Performance Insights Analyst in New York City to own data architecture for CX operations, analyze large datasets, and define KPIs for customer experience and efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights and scale analytics across the organization.

You will design, train, and evaluate AI-enabled analytics workflows, automate processes, and ensure data governance.

Qualifications

• Advanced SQL proficiency; write complex, performant SQL daily.
• 3–5+ years of experience in data analytics, CX operations, or related roles.
• Experience designing dashboards, reports, and data pipelines.
• Strong data fluency: metrics definition, data quality, and documentation.
• Hands-on experience with BI/analytics tools and structured/unstructured data.

Responsibilities

• Own data architecture for CX operations and governance.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and inform improvements.
• Define and track KPIs for customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with CSO, Support, Product, Engineering, and Data & Analytics teams.
