Job summary

Critical Information

Work schedule: at least 3 days per week. Remote/on-site/hybrid: Onsite as needed. Compliance/submission notes: Candidate questionnaire must be included on all submissions. Environment: Community healthcare setting.

Education/Licenses Needed

• Active RN license in the state or territory of practice.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• BLS (Basic Life Saving) certification.
• At least one year of related nursing experience, including immunizing patients.
