Qualifications

• Experience in CWMD/CBRN environments required.
• Proven knowledge of chemical security concepts and response.
• Familiarity with interagency coordination and policy support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct capability and vulnerability assessments of foreign partners.
• Provide technical advisory across chemical detection, field analysis, sampling, decontamination, and CWAs.
• Produce executive briefings, decision papers, memos, and staff products.
