Job summary

Apogee Engineering, LLC seeks a Policy Analyst (CWC/BWC Task Lead) to support HAF/A10 and the DoD CWMD and Biodefense programs. You will develop policy inputs, analyze treaties, and prepare materials for national and international forums, ensuring DOTMLPF-P alignment.

Location is on-site at Joint Base Anacostia Bolling in Washington, DC. The role requires a Top Secret clearance and a decade of relevant DoD experience, with advanced degrees preferred.

Qualifications

• Citizenship: US citizen.
• Clearance: Top Secret with SCI, SAP, and SAR eligibility - and maintain it.
• Education: Bachelor's degree.
• Years of Experience: Ten (10) years in the respective technical/professional discipline; five (5) years of DoD experience.

Responsibilities

• Policy & Position Development: Draft inputs for DAF policy and responses to HHQ taskings.
• Treaty Impact Analysis: Produce reports on how treaties affect DAF capabilities.
• Compliance & Implementation Oversight: Assess and report on compliance with arms control agreements.
• Analysis of In-Force Treaties and Agreements: Research policy and technical details; develop implementation strategies.
