Job summary

NDT Global Desert Ndt, LLC in Oregon is seeking a welding inspector with a current Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification and 3+ years of hands-on experience in structural steel, industrial, or pressure vessel/pipeline environments. Candidates must be proficient with welding codes and standards (AWS D1.1, ASME, API), able to read blueprints, and capable of working in shop, field, or outdoor settings while wearing PPE.

Skills:

An active CWI is required with 3+ years of hands-on welding inspection experience in structural steel, industrial, or pressure vessel/pipeline environments preferred. A strong command of welding codes and standards (AWS D1.1, ASME, API, etc.) and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. The ability to work in shop, industrial, or outdoor field conditions, climb stairs/scaffolding, work in tight spaces, and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be required. Must be a US citizen, be able to pass all pre-employment screening including a drug test.
