Job summary

Acoaxet Veterinary Clinic in Westport, MA is seeking a Certified Veterinary Technician to join a close-knit, AAHA-accredited hospital. You will assist surgeons, monitor anesthesia, perform dental radiographs, and help with exams and patient care. Mentorship is available for new grads, and team collaboration is highly valued.

Qualifications

• CVT, LVT, or RVT certification or eligibility (mentorship for new grads)

Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians in surgical and dental procedures, including anesthesia monitoring, patient prep, and recovery care

• Maintain medical records and treatment plans
• Assist in exam rooms and support other hospital areas as needed
