Job Description

1. Lead, engage, motivate, and ensure accountability of team members or CVS work area (production, pack-out, etc.).
2. Schedule weekly work for team members, considering workflow volume, delivery times, and file transmission to prevent customer impact. Manage attendance and punctuality.
3. Ensure the team produces accurate and efficient work (processing, pack-out, etc.).
4. Coordinate workflow to ensure all tasks are completed before shift end.
5. Provide guidance and direction to team members requiring assistance.
6. Research complex out-of-balance transactions and make necessary approvals independently.
7. Monitor productivity standards, hold team accountable, and assist with training for improvement.
8. Conduct daily team huddles to communicate productivity results, address issues, and celebrate successes.
9. Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations (bank, state, federal).
10. Identify process improvements, collaborate with supervisors and managers, and implement changes. Maintain a continuous improvement mindset.
11. Identify safety and security risks, mitigate deficiencies, and report concerns to management.
12. Ensure compliance with escalation and security notification policies.
13. Stand for long periods; may lift up to 50 pounds.
14. Foster engagement and collaboration with peer supervisors for seamless workflow.
15. Verify teller balance orders/deposits with proper documentation; assign balanced work and custody control to Vault Custodian.

Knowledge, Skills, and Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; BS/BA preferred.
• Excellent math, verbal, and comprehension skills required.
• Understanding of daily workgroup tasks highly recommended.
• Experience in fast-paced, repetitive, secure production environments required.
• At least 2 years of active experience in a production environment highly recommended.
• Ability to take ownership, resolve issues, and make decisions required.
