Job summary

AMD seeks a Corporate Vice President (CVP), Customer Engineering to lead the Customer Success function within the Data Center GPU group. This executive will partner with top Instinct accounts, owning end-to-end customer experience from pre-sales through deployment and sustainment.

You will build and scale Account Success Teams, ensure readiness, validation, and rapid deployment across Tier 1 and Tier 2/3 customers, and coordinate governance with Platform, Software, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Customer Engineering, Field Engineering, or Solutions Engineering in semiconductors or AI infrastructure.
• Deep technical expertise in GPU architecture and HPC/AI workloads.
• Proven ability to engage with senior customer leadership on complex deployment programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale AMD's Account Success Teams for Instinct customer accounts.
• Own end-to-end customer readiness, validation, deployment, onboarding and sustainment.
• Drive governance and cross-functional alignment across Platform, Software and Operations.
