Job summary

TotalMed RN seeks a CVOR Travel Nurse to support a cardiothoracic surgical team in Burlington, VT. This RN will circulate for a range of procedures and ensure patient safety and efficiency in the OR.

Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years of acute care experience, BLS certification, and the ability to work a 10-hour shift with rotating schedules. Travel staffing offers weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years acute care experience.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and evaluate nursing care before, during and after surgery.
• Assist physician during procedures in CVOR.
• Administer medications, monitor vitals, apply dressings.
• Maintain aseptic technique and OR sterility.
• Coordinate operating room equipment and supplies.
