Medical Solutions Direct Hire is seeking a CVOR Certified Surgical Technologist (CST II) for Terre Haute, IN. This full-time role supports complex cardiovascular procedures in a high-acuity OR, with a focus on scrub duties and sterile field maintenance.

The position offers 40 hours per week, day shifts of 10 hours, and benefits-eligible employment, including comprehensive medical/dental/vision plans, PTO from day one, and a 403(b) with employer match. Prior CVOR experience is preferred.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
• Active CST certification (NBSTSA).
• BLS (AHA) certification.
• 2+ years of CVOR or cardiac surgical experience.
• Ability to scrub cardiac, thoracic, and vascular cases independently.

Mansioni

• Scrub independently for cardiac, thoracic, and vascular procedures.
• Prepare and maintain a sterile surgical field and CVOR-specific equipment.
• Anticipate surgeon needs and pass instruments efficiently during procedures.
• Assist with room setup, instrument sterilization, and turnover.
• Maintain aseptic technique and infection control standards.
• Handle specimens and support accurate documentation.
