MUST SCRUB CARDIAC AND/OR VASCULAR AS PRIORITY - Cardiac surgery and cardiac transplant surgery. Must have experience with either Cardiac or Endovascular procedures, as well as robotic thoracic
*MUST HAVE VALVE REPLACEMENT EXP - Open vascular/ endovascular surgery, thoracic surgery, thoracic robotics & general surgery.
Schedule: 4-10s: 6:45a – 5:15p (primary), 7:30a – 6:00p on Wednesday, rotate to 9-7:30p One weekend month – Cardiac, cardiac transplant and/or Endovascular Call Friday 7pm - 7am Monday (30 min response time when on call) One 2- hr CVI short call shifts / once a week 515p-715p, or 6-8p (Wednesday) CVI call/one night a week 7:00p or 7:30p – 6:45a/7a (cardiac/cardiac transplant or endovascular) Holidays eligible to work any while on contract Cardiac surgery; open vascular/endovascular surgery; thoracic surgery, thoracic robotics & general surgery
NATIONAL CERTIFICATION REQUIRED - 2 years related work experience required. American Heart Association - Basic Life Support Certificate Basic familiarity with computers. Ability to navigate at a basic level within web-based applications.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a teaching hospital and specialty area expertise
NO local travelers will be accepted (cannot reside within 50 mi from the facility) Orientation is weekly (every Monday barring a holiday) NM to interview and offer
