Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Anticipates the needs of the surgeon and informs the circulating nurse throughout procedures.
• Assembles supplies, equipment, and medications prior to procedures.
• Maintains aseptic technique and monitors regulatory standards.
• Supervises team members and helps with orientation and training.
• Supports patient and staff satisfaction and promptly responds to complaints.
• Performs room turnover efficiently and safely.
