Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking an experienced Surgical Tech focused on Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) procedures for a 13-week contract in York, PA. The role requires handling open heart surgeries, maintaining sterility, and readiness for on-call duties with short response times.

The candidate should have at least 2 years CVOR experience, NBSTSA and BLS certifications, EPIC experience preferred, and level I trauma experience is mandatory. Floating to different OR areas may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years CVOR experience with cardiovascular procedures.
• Current NBSTSA and BLS certifications; EPIC experience preferred.
• Level I trauma experience is mandatory; ability to float as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with open heart surgeries and cardiovascular procedures.
• Ensure a sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols.
• Participate in alternating days off, and on-call duties with a 30-minute response requirement.
• Work weekends every third or fourth week, with holiday assignments as needed.
