Qualifications

• CST certification required by the National Board of Surgical Technology.
• BLS certification required.
• Must have strong cardiac surgery skills and thoracic daVinci experience.
• At least 2 years CVOR experience.
• Experience with Cerner EMR.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the surgical field and pass instruments during surgery.
• Maintain a sterile environment and ensure smooth flow of procedures.
• Assist in turning over OR rooms to keep cases flowing.
