Banner Staffing Services-AZ is seeking a Cardiovascular Operating Room Nurse to support Banner Estrella Medical Center in Mesa, Arizona. This registered nurse will assist physicians during complex cardiac and vascular procedures, monitor patient status, and ensure safety and quality of care for the perioperative period.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan nursing care for the surgical patient.
• Assist physicians with operative tasks and equipment during procedures.
• Coordinate care and communicate status to the multidisciplinary team.
• Document nursing assessments, plans, and patient responses in the medical record.
