Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health's Level One OR Department is seeking a full-time Operating Room Nurse to join a highly skilled team. The CVOR specialty covers vascular and cardiac cases with endovascular, TAVR, CABG, valve replacement, AAA, and more, using two hybrid suites for endovascular care.

The RN will collaborate with anesthesia and surgeons in a fast-paced environment, coordinating patient care through the intraoperative phase and providing education and support to colleagues while upholding

Qualifications

• EDUCATION - Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• MAJOR - Nursing
• EXPERIENCE - 2 years of OR experience required
• Highly prefer CVOR experience

Responsibilities

• Provide intraoperative nursing care in collaboration with anesthesia and surgeons.
• Assess, implement, and evaluate patient care plans during the intraoperative phase.
• Maintain patient safety and coordinate sterile technique and equipment during procedures.
• Support and educate team members to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.
• Adhere to the Texas Nursing Practice Act, department standards, and documentation requirements.
