Job summary

Mercy's Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) team seeks a dedicated RN to provide specialized care for adult cardiac and vascular patients. This Full-Time Evening shift position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive training in circulating and scrub roles within a high-acuity environment.

Mercy's CVOR operates six ORs, including a hybrid and peripheral vascular lab, supporting Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery with expert surgeons.

Qualifications

• One year RN experience preferred.
• Nursing degree from an accredited school.
• Current Missouri RN license.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Evaluates overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
• Performs duties consistent with Mercy mission, values, and Service Standards.
