Mercy’s CVOR team seeks an RN to join the Cardiovascular Operating Room on the evening shift. The role involves direct patient care across six ORs, with training to work in both circulating and scrub roles. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri RN license
• Nursing degree from an accredited school
• BLS certification
• One year of RN experience preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments.
• Evaluate effectiveness of care provided by direct care givers.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality.
