Mercy is seeking a CVOR Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time Evening Shift with a sign-on bonus. The role supports Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery in a Level I STEMI and Trauma Center, with a comprehensive training program to orient nurses to both circulating and scrub roles.

Qualifications

• One year of RN experience preferred
• Nursing degree from an accredited school is required
• Current Missouri RN license is required
• BLS certification is required

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care
• Maintains professional accountability for patient care for assigned patients
• Evaluates the effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers
• Coordinates patient care with other departments and respects patient rights and confidentiality
