Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions in Tuscaloosa, AL is seeking a CVOR RN for an in-office role. The position requires circulating, floating to other units, and a 5x8 shift totaling 40 hours weekly.

Responsibilities include planning, coordinating and directing high-quality nursing care, supervising LPNs and other staff, and upholding professional standards. ADN required with BLS and ACLS; Alabama RN license or compact license required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Registered Nurse license in Alabama (or compact license).
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; Red Cross OR acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates and directs quality, compassionate care by maintaining standards of professional nursing practice and creating positive therapeutic relationships with patients/families.
• Supervises LPNs, PCAs, PCAs/US, US, Ortho Techs and other non-licensed staff; provides leadership and delegates expected standards of care.
