Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking a CVOR RN located in Tuscaloosa, Alabama for a travel assignment. This role requires an Associate degree in nursing, relevant certifications, and a valid RN license. The team member will provide quality patient care and supervise staff while floating to various units. A commitment to weekend shifts and a comprehensive work schedule is expected.

Projected start date is June 30, 2026, with shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Applicants with 2 years of experience in the specialty or relevant 18-month background may apply.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience required, but 18 months considered with 1 year recent specialty experience.
• Must have proper certifications including AHA BLS and ACLS.
• Valid Registered Nurse license in Alabama or Compact license.

Position Description

Travel: CVOR RN

Must be willing to float to other units and hospitals. Shift is 5x8 40 hours weekly. Must Circulate.

HOLIDAYS AS REQUIRED. EVERY OTHER WEEKEND.

Plans, coordinates and directs quality, compassionate care by maintaining standards of professional nursing practice and creating positive therapeutic relationships with patients/families. Provides leadership to other team members by articulating and delegating expected standards of care, supervising and encouraging team members, and supporting their contributions. Supervises LPNs, PCAs, PCAs/US, US, Ortho Techs and other non-licensed staff.

Education - Required

• Associated degree in nursing

Certifications – Required

• AHA BLS
• AHA ACLS
• OR RED CROSS

Licenses – Required

• Registered Nurse State of Alabama or Compact license (No Temp Licenses' accepted)
• NURSYS

Experience - Required

• 2 years experience; however, will consider 18 months of experience, working under the highest level of professional license, and must have 1 year of RECENT experience in the field of specialty.
