Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse for the CVOR to operate in a busy in-hospital CVOR unit in Tuscaloosa, AL. The role requires circulating duties, multi-unit float support, and a 5x8, 40-hour weekly schedule.

Required qualifications include an associate degree in nursing, Alabama or Compact RN license, and certifications such as BLS and ACLS; OR Red Cross credentials are noted. 13-week contract with 36 guaranteed hours per week and weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing is required.
• Experience with CVOR and circulating duties.
• Willingness to float to other units/hospitals and support team.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates and directs quality care by maintaining standards of nursing practice.
• Directs and delegates care, supports team members, and supervises non-licensed staff.
• Circulate in the CVOR and contribute to patient safety and outcomes.
• Float to other units/hospitals as needed.
• May work 36 hours guaranteed per week.
• In-hospital, in-office schedule in Tuscaloosa, AL.
