Cynet Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for CVOR in Kalispell, MT. The 13-week assignment requires handling high-level cardiovascular cases, including CABG, TAVR, and robotics, with 10-hour days and 40-hour weeks.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in CVOR, active RN license, and BLS/ACLS certification. You may float within the facility; on-call and weekend coverage are part of the role, with rapid response expectations.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of cardiovascular operating room experience.
• RN license required; BLS and ACLS certifications required; CNOR/PALSS preferred.
• Experience with CABG, TAVR, AVR, MVR, sternotomy, thoracotomy, VATs, aortic repairs, fistulas, peripheral cases, fem-pops, carotid endarterectomies, robotics.
• Willing to work in main OR with pediatric and adult cases.
• Assist in diverse surgical specialties; willingness to float to related ORs.
• On-call every third day and every third weekend; 30-minute response time.

Responsabilidades

• Provide cardiovascular OR nursing care for adult and pediatric cases.
• Assist surgeons, first assistant, and OR team during procedures.
• Maintain Meditech documentation and Pyxis medication dispensing.
• Place Swan or central lines as needed; manage sterile technique.
• Support on unit with charge nurses, surgical techs, and anesthesiologists.
• Float to other ORs within the facility and handle on-call coverage.
