Cynet Health is seeking a Registered Nurse with CVOR specialization for a 13-week assignment on the day shift in St. Louis, MO. This role centers on direct patient care for cardiovascular surgery patients, with call duties and weekend coverage.

The ideal candidate has 1 year CVOR experience, current RN license, ACLS and BLS, and EPIC charting experience. Floating to vascular and general units is required to support the CVOR team.

Qualifications

• 1 year CVOR experience required.
• ACLS and BLS required.
• Current state RN license required.
• EPIC charting system experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in CVOR on day shift.
• Call is required and split amongst CV staff (≈14 times/mo, weekends).
• Floating to Vascular and General units as needed.
• Care for adults and geriatrics undergoing cardiovascular surgery including CABG/valve procedures.
• Respond to codes and manage surgical instruments safely.
