Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an RN specialized in CVOR for a 13-week assignment in Melbourne, FL. The role requires acute CVOR experience, an active Florida RN license, and BLS. The position features a day shift (7:00 AM–5:00 PM) with on‑call, weekends, holidays, and potential hurricane coverage.

The nurse will provide 1:1 patient care, support CVOR procedures, and document thoroughly in EPIC. Travel and local candidates are considered; references must be current.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of acute care CVOR experience required.
• Florida State or compact RN license required at time of submission.
• BLS required, ACLS preferred.
• Two supervisory references dated within the last year.

Responsibilities

• Provide CVOR nursing care in a cardiovascular OR setting.
• Assist with procedures such as CABG, CABG related care, pacemaker placement or heart valve surgery.
• Document using the EPIC charting system.
• Work Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–5:00 PM with weekends on‑call, holidays, and hurricane coverage.
• Maintain a 1:1 nurse‑to‑patient ratio.
