Job summary

Sierra Medical Center, part of Northern Nevada Health System, seeks an experienced CVOR/OR registered nurse for a full-time day-shift role. You will deliver direct patient care across age groups in the surgical environment and collaborate with the surgical team to ensure safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Current NV RN license.
• At least one year experience in the Operating Room.
• ACLS & BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care from infant to geriatric populations in the surgical environment.
• Communicate with surgeon and anesthesiologist about patient condition.
• Assist with maintenance of surgical equipment and pain management inventory.
• Participate in performance improvement activities.
• Monitor, position and assist patient during procedures.
