Job summary

AdventHealth Ocala in Florida is recruiting an experienced Registered Nurse for a full-time day shift. The role requires an Associate's degree in Nursing with 1-2 years in OR/Cath Lab/CVOR settings; a Bachelor's in Nursing is preferred. Eligible for a $10,000 sign-on and relocation incentive of up to $5,000.

Expect collaborative care, adherence to AIDET rounding, and strong teamwork to optimize patient flow in a busy OR/CVOR environment. Licenses and BLS/ACLS are required with NRP preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participates in hourly rounding using the AIDET technique to improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborates and demonstrates teamwork in managing patient flow, promoting timely patient placement by following hospital policy for admission, discharge, and transfer.
• Participates in peer interviewing and peer review processes.
