Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Coordinator for the CVM Group Budgets & Data in New York. You will manage budgets, analyze spend, and deliver data-driven insights to support strategic decisions for Creative Visual Merchandising initiatives.

The role partners with VPs, Directors, and Managers to ensure project funding, timely payments, and accurate reporting while advancing data automation and dashboard development.

Qualifications

• Experience in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• MS Office with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Power BI; ability to connect systems and data into Excel.
• Strong communication with creative and financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Budget management: meet with budget owners and provide updated reporting.
• Financial oversight: review reconciliations and reclass requests monthly.
• Systems expertise: become an expert in Coupa for POs, invoices, onboarding.
• Data management: centralize data, ensure quality, and support decision-making.
• Data automation: use Excel and Power BI to automate reporting and optimize processes.
