Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Cardiovascular ICU assignment. Candidates must have at least 2 years of CVICU experience and NIH Stroke Certification, with an active TX license in hand.

The position runs day shift 7:00 am–7:00 pm for a 13-week contract, located in Texas. Candidate must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local applicants will not be considered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent CVICU experience.
• Active TX (or compact) RN license in hand.
• BLS and NIH Stroke Certification (AHA or ARC accepted) with no expiration within 30 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Work in the CVICU (Cardiovascular ICU) unit of a hospital environment.
• Day shift schedule, 7A-7P.
• 13 week contract assignment.
• Provide critical care nursing to cardiovascular ICU patients.
• Must reside outside a 50 mile radius of the facility; no local candidates accepted.
