Job summary

Baptist Health Floyd in New Albany, IN, is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for the Cardiovascular ICU. Work 24 hours weekly on weekend WOW shifts (7am-7pm) with premium pay and benefit eligibility. The CVICU cares for open‑heart surgery and other critical cardiac patients in a modern universal bed model.

Qualifications

• Current Indiana or compact state RN license.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider required.
• ACLS certification (obtained within 12 months of hire).
• NIH Stroke Scale Certification required within 10 weeks of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct comprehensive nursing care from admission to discharge.
• Function as on-shift team member delivering direct patient care to CVICU patients and families.
• Support open-heart surgery patients and general ICU patients per unit protocol.
