Job summary

Hospital Sisters Health System in Green Bay, WI is seeking an experienced RN for the Cardiovascular ICU. This full-time night shift (7p–7a) includes every third weekend. A sign-on bonus up to $20,000 is offered for 2+ years of relevant experience.

Must be a graduate of an approved nursing program with RN licensure in Wisconsin. BLS is required; ACLS/PALS/NRP depend on unit needs. BSN preferred and CCU experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required.
• RN license in state of practice (WI) required; multi-state license via compact may be acceptable.
• BSN preferred.
• Critical Care Nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care in the Cardiovascular ICU.
• Monitor and respond to patient status and alarms.
• Collaborate with physicians, team members, and families to plan and deliver care.
