Job summary

Community Medical Centers in Clovis, CA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for CVICU in a 24-bed unit. The shift is 12 hours, nights, 36 hours per week, Staff employment type.

In this role you will care for moderate to high acuity cardiothoracic and vascular surgery patients, work with a multidisciplinary team, and maintain an RN-patient ratio of 1:2. The institution offers relocation support, sign-on incentives, ongoing education, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or HSE required.
• Current California RN license required.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required.
• ACLS certification required within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• In the new 24-bed unit, you will have a maximum RN-to-patient ratio of 1:2.
• Care for moderate to high acuity cardiothoracic and vascular surgery patients.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, physical therapists, case managers and pharmacists to integrate care plans.
