HCA Florida Aventura Hospital is seeking an experienced RN for CVICU DAYS to coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a dynamic ICU. You will work closely with physicians and the care team to implement care plans, educate families, and document care in the medical record.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, collaboration, and commitment to exceptional patient outcomes. A 467-bed facility with Level II Trauma designation supports ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required in the state.
• ACLS and BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• Minimum 1 year ICU RN experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in ICU.
• Document care in the medical record.
• Educate patients/families about condition, plan, medications and follow-up.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice.
