Qualifications

• RN licensed and eligible to practice in NC
• ACLS and BLS certifications due within 30 days of start
• Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Nursing
• 1 year of experience required; 2 years ICU experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care in ICU according to department standards
• Documents care in the patient chart promptly and accurately
• Educates patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up
• Collaborates with physicians and the care team to implement and adjust care plans
• Manages evidence-based practices and participates in quality initiatives
