Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the CVICU to coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the care team.

You will educate patients and families, promote healthy post-discharge plans, and contribute to continuous quality improvement through evidence-based practices. A BSN or ADN and NC RN licensure are required, with ACLS/BLS within 30 days and ICU experience preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license or permit to practice in state of North Carolina.
• Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree in Nursing.
• ACLS within 30 days of employment start date.
• BLS within 30 days of employment start date.
• 1 year of experience required.
• 2 years ICU experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the care team.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up steps.
• Promote healthy lifestyle changes and disease prevention.
