Job summary

Memorial Hermann seeks an RN for the North region (Woodlands) and Northeast (Humble) with a 7p-7a shift. Requires BLS, NIHH/ACLS (AHA) certs, and 1 year CVICU experience plus 2+ years RN overall.

In this role you will collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process. Responsibilities include nursing assessments, exams and treatment support, patient education, and accurate medical records.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Texas (or temporary/compact) required.
• BLS certification required; additional certifications may be required based on unit.
• Excellent oral and written communication; teamwork across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Delivers safe and appropriate care per nursing scope and patient age.
• Coordinates nursing care with interdisciplinary team; plans discharge/transfer.
• Assesses patients, documents care, and maintains accurate medical records.
• Supports department goals, adheres to Memorial Hermann standards and policies.
