Job summary

Seacrest Behavioral Health is seeking a CVICU Registered Nurse to provide specialized care for critically ill cardiac patients in a high-acuity unit. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, while educating patients and families about illness management and post-treatment needs.

Shift options include 12-hour nights (7:00 pm–7:30 am) with differential pay for nights, weekends, and holidays. The role offers a structured career ladder with opportunities for leadership and ongoing

Qualifications

RN license is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred; <2 years of experience.
Experience in critical care, step-down, or cardiac units highly desired.
Ability to work in a safety-sensitive role with alertness and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Educate patients and families on illness management and post-treatment needs.
Promote safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Develop individualized care plans.
Communicate effectively across care teams.
Address physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while respecting patient values and cultural considerations.
